Browhaus Extend Lash & Brow Serum Review

You might’ve remembered my great experience at Browhaus a month or two ago and its review post.

I mentioned that after my brow tweezing and threading session, I was gifted with Extend, Browhaus’ in-house lash and brow growth serum, ’cause I told them that I had a few “missing” areas on my brows thanks to years of over-tweezing in high school. (And remember this disaster? Yikes).

My brows are much better now, I’ve been letting them re-grow for a couple of years into their natural “thick” state, but there are 2 places on my right brow that could use some filling in, so I was really excited to try it out, and was really hopeful for Extend could help.

At the same time though, I didn’t expect much – I know how these things work. I’ve seen many brow and eyelash growth serums (and have used a few in the past) with no results, but I thought that hey, it’s Browhaus – they know brows, they probably know what they are doing! So I very pleased to say that yes, they do know what they’re doing, and Extend did work – very well.

And nope, I am not as bushy-browed as the model above (I don’t think my face can take such bushy brows, though I love them; sob), but I do see a little difference: not only in filling in some bad patches (one or two tiny hairs have sprouted and I see a few almost coming out) but also in the general sense: my brows (as in each individual hair) looks thicker and as strange as it sounds, it looks like your hair after a great deep condition treatment: my eyebrows look shiny, thick, healthy looking.

Because of this, my brows definitely look thicker and dare I say, even more prominent. I have not used it on my eyelashes so I can’t say, but for brows I think there’s a definiate difference. I apply it every night before bed, and sometimes there slight stinging, but nothing alarming and goes away in a few seconds. I’ll definitely be using this until the whole tube is finished and would recommend it for those who might need a little bit of help with their brows. I don’t think it can work miracles, but it can definitely help with small bald patches and giving your brows and overall thicker look.

My mom even saw how good it’s been for me and asked to try it out, and her eyebrows look much thicker already after a week. An awesome product! It’s sold at all Browhaus outlets for $89… a little expensive, but I think it’s worth it.

Have you tried Extend, and did it work for you as well? Or have you tried any other products to grow out your eyebrows? Please share, I’d love to know what you’d recommend!
